What does the 15% member discount apply to?

The 15% discount applies to our on-demand HR support rate, our pay-as-you-go option with no minimum commitment. Ideal for one-off situations or when an issue comes up unexpectedly.

What happens in the free 30-minute triage call?

We use the call to understand your situation, give you an initial steer, and work out what level of support would be most useful. No obligation to proceed, just clarity on your situation.

Do you only work with large retail businesses?

Not at all. We work with single-store owners, multi-location operators, and everything in between. We tailor our support to fit your size and situation.
