Making HR simpler and more accessible
Alongside our client work, we have continued to invest in tools and resources that support the wider People & Culture community.

One of those initiatives was the recent launch of the People & Culture Guides Hub. The Guides Hub brings together clear, practical explanations on HR topics that come up every day, from pay and leave to contracts, legislation, and employment challenges.
It is designed to make workplace topics easier to navigate and to give New Zealand businesses reliable guidance they can return to when questions arise. This is one of several ways we aim to share value beyond direct engagements, and we will continue adding to it over time.

Looking ahead: HR priorities for 2026
As we look to the year ahead, we are already seeing clear themes emerging across the organisations we support. With ongoing economic uncertainty and evolving talent needs, we expect much of our work in 2026 to focus on:
